Our Refund Policy
At FabulousfindsbySharon Boutique, all sales are considered final. However, we review every contested purchase on a case-by-case basis to determine if a return is warranted. There are some situations where returns are allowed, such as when a purchased item is not as advertised, or the incorrect item is received.
In cases where a purchase is contested, the buyer has three days to report a problem. After reviewing any issues with both the buyer and seller. FabulousfindsbySharon Boutique will determine if a return is warranted. If we determine that return is warranted, we will work with the buyer to return the item and issue a full refund. Shipping will be reimburse accordingly.

The ORIGINAL TAGS must still be attached to every item being returned. Products being returned must be UNWASHED and UNWORN. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of deodorant, cigarette smoke, pet hair, or other unpleasant substances won't be accepted. An item won't be eligible for a return if it has been worn once.
You are responsible for sending us an email if you send back a product that is not eligible for a return or if the shipping company returns a shipment to us because the address you supplied cannot be delivered. Email us at
fabulousfindsbysharon@gmail.com and pay the return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days. After 14 days, the products will be donated to charity.
Order Cancellation
If you cancel an order prior to the shipping of your goods an 8% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the processing fees.
Defects or Problems with Your Order?
If you have received an item with any problems or defects (which was not pointed out in the description or during Facebook Live), please contact us at fabulousfindsbysharon@gmail.com within 5 DAYS of receiving the items, to inform us of the issue. We look at each situation individually and offer exchanges or credits as needed, but you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. The item will no longer be eligible for a return or replacement if we are not contacted within five days of receiving it. A picture of the damage or defect must be attached to your email.
We are not liable for clothing damage brought on by inappropriate handling, care, or size.
Due to photographic lenses, indoor vs. outdoor lighting, and computer vs. mobile device resolutions, actual product colors may differ. Various clothing designs are possible. If a return attempt is made to FabulousfindsbySharon, the buyer will be responsible for paying return shipping.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products such as special orders or personalized orders and personal care products are examples of products that cannot be returned (such as beauty products). If you have inquiries or concerns about a particular item, please get in touch.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we've received and reviewed your order refund, we'll let you know whether or not the refund request was accepted. Shipping will be reimbursed if FabulousfindsbySharon is responsible. If accepted, we will refund the amount automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process and deposit the refund.
